Movie reflects Today's World

However, I would address the following two characters in my opinions.

 

Prime Minister Cao Cao (曹操)

Personality :

01. Smart.

02. Want to rule the world. Believe a strong kingdom is to have everything into one rule.

03. Taking every opportunity to step further.

04. In order to rule the world, he would like to have strong army with strong leader.

05. While gathering the strong leader, he could not see which one is faithful to him. He is never satisfy for what he already has.

06. Being a smart person himself, taking every pre-caution that no one is taking advantage of his kingdom.

07. His formula is to give rewards, which is opportunity, money, status, that everyone could not resist.

08. Before attacking, he gathers information very well, and start planning to attack.

 

Zhuge Liang (諸葛亮)

Personality:

01. Smart. Work along with many leaders for brain-storming strategies and invention.

02. Propose strategy, assist the leaders with the strategy as he is good at words and strategy thoughts.

03. Even though suggested strategy might not accepted by the leaders, however, with his good heart,

     he translate it into a more meaningful words and actions, that is to respect each other.

     Of course, if he has the bad heart, he might have a negative thoughts to proof his actions is right.

04. He will assist for those who respect himself and to the nations.

05. Able to recognize people's thoughts and the way of handling matters.

06. Having more hidden talent that seldom show it out.

07. Likes to have friends wherever he goes.

08. Is a well-manner/study person. Listen, See, Analyze and to feel nature.


 

In Today's Business World

01. No one will feel a threat until someone starts to attack either intentionally or accidentally.

02. The attacks happen when someone needs to be number one in the industries, agressively.

     - meant by Cao Cao Strategies.

     In terms of a family structure, when brothers need to be number one in their parents' eye,

     by challenging each other selfishnessly. It mostly happens in big companies' family story.

03. You may feel the threats when you are

     a) losing your market

     b) losing the financial support

     c) losing your great staff to other company

     d) losing your friends and alliances.

04. When the things really happens, you are trying for

     a) your alliance

     b) your financial support

     c) your strategy to fight back or choose to lost in the battle.

     - Zhuge Liang is needed through bad times.

       For his ability to predict opponents strategies and with plan B for every plan A.

05. Every big companies certainly have money to attract skillful manpower, however unable to attract

     the faithful ones. Faithful can be defined as below:

     a) In the eyes of the negative thoughts

         I have paid you the money, give you the rewards, you should thank me and faithful to me.

         What else do you want? My position?

        - perhaps Cao Cao stuck with this confusion matter.

     b) In the eyes of the positive thoughts

         Even though I have paid you, I did not buy you. You are free to choose which leader you prefer.

         You are good to me, perhaps I'm not good enough for you. We are friends.

 

Final Conclusion, through bad times,

a) who are your alliances or friends.

b) how to know whether he is an alliance or enemy?

c) the alliances or friends that are able to assist you, or the enemy that could kill you easily since closed to you.

d) what is your direction through bad times,

    i)   brave to ask for assistance

    ii)  shy to ask for assistance

    iii) do not know what to do, just close up and give up.

    iv) I know what to do, which is to give up and to run away.

    v) I know what to do, you close, I close. You continue the business, I continue also.

e) what is your strength and weakness, still figuring?
